Ageing Punk Rocker with a Heart

Have just moved back to the West Country after 20 plus years in Liverpool where I had initially moved to study drama; a fine city…but wanted to be nearer kindred after the end of a very long relationship.

After a misspent youth in theatre and puppetry, settled down as a support worker for adults with learning disabilities. A rewarding job but not one to make me rich! So gold diggers take note you’d be barking up the wrong tree!

I have very eclectic taste in music but I identify most as a punk rocker. Ask me my favourite band at the moment and I would have to toss up between Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds and The Dreadnoughts (Cider obsessed Canadian Folk-Punk band). The last band I saw was Frank Carter and the Rattlesnakes. They kicked Ass! I’m next going to see Crosses, Chino from Deftones’s cool dark synth pop side project…and I have a spare ticket…
